Unless there is a separate agreement entered into in writing between the client and VIB Marketing Agency, LLC, all sales are final. VIB Marketing Agency does not provide refunds.

Client will defend, indemnify and hold harmless VIB Marketing Agency, LLC, its partners, agents, affiliates, and licensors from any third-party claim or liability arising out of or related to targets, creative, destinations, services, use and breach of these terms by customer. Partners are intended third-party beneficiaries of this section.
In consideration of VIB Marketing Agency, LLC, client releases and forever discharges VIB Marketing Agency, LLC from any and all claims, suits, causes of action, damages, demands, liabilities, duties and obligations of every kind, nature and description, known or unknown, arising out of or alleged to have arisen out of or which may hereafter arise in connection with the use of associated services. In further consideration, the client agrees to defend and indemnify VIB Marketing Agency, LLC from any claim, suit or liability for damages to any person or property affected by VIB Marketing Agency, LLC’s partners, services and/or products from any cause whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to client’s use of VIB Marketing Agency, LLC’s associated services or products.
